SCHS students are celebrating their impressive 2012 A Level examination results.

SCHS matched its record performance at A Level last year with over 81% of grades at A*-B and surpassed its previous A* results.Virtually all pupils proceeding to university in 2012 have secured a place at an institution of their choice. Among them are Isabella Hendrie, who achieved two A*s and an A, who is proceeding to UCL to read Classics, and Ashleigh Waldron, who will attend Imperial College to study Aeronautical Engineering, having gained an A* and two As.  Ella Burgess, who gained an A* and two A grades, will study English and French at Exeter University, and will be joined by Lucy Malek, who gained three A grades and will read Law.  Hannah-Rivkah Martin-Thomas will study Arabic at the School of Oriental and African Studies, having gained grades A*, A and B.

“I take great pleasure in congratulating Streatham & Clapham students on their record set of A Level results, a testimony to their industry and dedication over the years.  I am particularly delighted by their achievement of a record number of A* grades at A Level and the school’s 100% pass rate.”
